Description
The Senior Corporate Recruiter will have responsibility of managing the full lifecycle of recruiting including sourcing, advertising, screening, testing, interviewing, profiling, reference checks, assisting with background checks, and relocation issues as require for corporate positions at various levels. The Senior Recruiter will be expected to utilize progressive recruiting techniques and maintain a high level of commitment, compliance and consistency to the overall recruiting process as well as communications with hiring managers and candidates. In addition, the Senior Recruiter may serve as a mentor to new and junior team members and will be expected to share best practices with them in the field of recruiting. The Corporate Recruiter will be a primary ambassador to promote the SCI employment brand and may attend various local and regional events to promote the brand.
Job Responsibilities:

Develops knowledge of customer groups to effectively target recruitment efforts in a cost effective and efficient manner.

Partner with hiring managers to identify appropriate recruiting strategies for current and future openings.
*
Co-ordinate and facilitate recruitment functions, including job and career fairs as required.
*
Leverage various resources to source qualified diverse candidates, including internet, intranet, media, schools, community recruitment, networking, etc.
*
Screen candidates using telephone screens, interviews, assessment tools, etc.
*
Conduct telephone and in-person interviews as appropriate using behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
*
Maintain applicant and candidate workflow within the Applicant Tracking System.
*
Educate hiring managers on current hiring trends, labor market data, and best practices in recruiting and retention methods.
*
Identify avenues to positively promote the SCI employment brand.
*
Provide relevant metrics and reports as requested to highlight recruiting activity on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
Education and Experience Requirements:
*
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
*
Minimum 5-7 years of full life-cycle recruiting and interviewing experience
*
Working knowledge of employment laws as they apply to the hiring process
*
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
*
Ability to establish relationships quickly and easily
*
Ability to work well under pressure with excellent time management skills
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
*
Must be task-oriented, highly self-motivated and be able to consistently meet deadlines
