Responsibilities of Sales Professional :
As a Sales Advisor your duties will include:
* Connecting with families through listening, honest communication, and genuine concern.
* Consistently networking and building relationships to sell pre-arranged funeral and/or cemetery services and products.
* Using lead generation techniques to build community and civic relationships.
* Presenting group seminars to develop community relationships and potential leads.
* Thoroughly and completely review previous services and contacts with families to prepare to support current needs and/or sales.
* Supporting families in times of grief with acts of kindness.
Requirements

Requirements for Sales Professional :
* High School education or equivalent and 1-2 years of college or an equivalent of education and experience.
* Must hold valid current license to perform duties, such as drive a car. A Life Insurance license is a plus.
* Must be an authorized driver as per the SCI Driver Safety Policy, and be able to drive frequently.
* Previous customer service and/or sales experience would be a definite asset.
* Knowledge of computers and some software would be an asset.
