Description
Create basic and custom memorial product designs, including ground markers, memorial folders, and custom DVD products. Provide outstanding Customer Service to internal and external customers; and adhere to high Quality Control standards
Essential Job Functions:
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
1. Create basic and custom memorial product designs including ground markers, memorial folders, and custom DVD products. Ensure memorial order specifications are followed and that designs conform to customer’s order prior to submitting for manufacturing
2. Support both Memo-Obit and Marker operations as needed
3. Take action necessary to prevent order design creation delays and to minimize overall design cycle time
4. Think critically about work processes, troubleshoot situations, and take remedial action.
5. Must be able to multi-task, set priorities, and organize work.
6. Adhere to Company policies, procedures, rules, and controls.
7. Adhere to safety rules and regulations, and report unsafe practices to management.
8. Act on customer complaints to provide satisfactory resolution.
9. Participate in cross training and skill development opportunities to improve competency and customer service.
10. Report to work on time and maintain standard attendance.
*These positions are Part-Time. We currently have two openings
Requirements
One to two years of design experience
A.A. degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent
Special Skills
Be proficient with Photoshop, PageMaker, and Illustrator
Be familiar with Flexisign, or equivalent
MS Office software
Bilingual a plus
