| Description |
Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service is seeking a highly motived Funeral Director to join our team. Needham-Storey-Wampner is locally owned and operated, serving five hundred families in northeastern Indiana. The primary role of this position is to arrange and conduct funeral services. The ideal funeral director should posess: Leadership ability with focus on Integrity and Credibility; Communicate and work well with a team, and be self motivated.
This Full Time position offers a competitive compensation package including full benefits such as: 100% premiums paid on health insurance plus an HSA account that the company contributes to annually; dental, disability, every other weekend off, vacation after the first year, and a 401K.
Must have a valid Indiana Funeral Director license and have strong verbal and communication skills; speak well before small or large groups, ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out detailed, involved instructions and deal with detailed problems or issues. Posess a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
