My experience with Bay Area Cremations and Funeral Services has given me a strong level of confidence in the funeral industry. I have developed computer experience, customer service skills as well as sales, and a genuine enjoyment for this type of work. During my most recent employment, I acquired a certificate for attending the Law Review and Arrangement Counselor Seminar through the California Funeral Directors Association. I was also awarded Cremation Operator certification through the Association of California Cremationists.
While working at Bay Area, I was given the opportunity to perform cremations as well as arrange funerals and pre-needs. In addition, I assisted the office manager with multi-line phones and data entry for the company.
